Specially, I want to mention about Molly and Jessica both are very professional and much friendly, and very helpful throughout our property purchase. They understood what we were looking for, kept us informed at every stage, and responded quickly to our questions. They made the process much easier and less stressful. In fact, we had more contact and assistance from Doolittle & Dally than from our own estate agents. Their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference.<br><br>Despite our many questions, phone calls and visits for advice, Lisa, Holly, Louise, Sara and Kristina were always patient, friendly, helpful and professional. They supported us from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to you all for everything you did for us. 11th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.

Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Properties I think are just listed for Rightmove to sell for them. No actual marketing, investigations into anything else the property had to offer. Main selling point not pushed. Imperative if you have a difficult property to sell. Photos extremely poor. Did property no justice. Three attempts to get particulars sorted. In the end gave up and just signed up, didn’t want to waste anymore time. Backfired as no interest.

Everyone was kind realistic and honest .our dream home came back on the market at the 11th hour so our search ceased. But shipways were exceptional calling to see if we needed any help in looking finance advice etc. it was much appreciated. Everyone there Was kind pro active and approachable. Very happy with the service we received. Many thanks .

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t bother. I recently enquired into a flat and asked about viewing dates, only to be told the flat had already been let. I would understand, most places are bound to be taken quick. The issue I have with their response is the advertisement is still up and active on multiple letting sites, including their own.<br><br>EDIT: I was told 9am on the 11th August that the property was no longer available, I emailed back the same day informing you it was still listed as available on your own site. It is now past 10pm on the 13th August and it is still live.

6th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I wanted to do my own viewings, and Purple Bricks were bar far the best value for money. They put our board up within a day, and took our photos and did the EPC certificate within 3 days. A week after we decided to sell it was advertised on Zoopla and Right Move. Viewings were managed through the portal very simply. They requested feedback from every viewing. When we had an offer it was so easy to negotiate through the portal. After we accepted the offer they put the sold sign up next day, produced the memorandum of sale within 2 days and amended the zoopla and rightmove status. They are superb compared to the agent we are buying our house off who still havnt marked as sold a week after having our offer accepted. I would recommend purple bricks without hesitation.
