2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful estate agent. Everything seems smooth and professional at the start of the tenancy, but the problems begin when you move out. They attempted to deduct money from my deposit for issues they claimed were not present when I moved in. Despite providing email evidence and time-stamped photographs clearly showing the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, they continued to insist that the damage was not recorded on the original inventory. It was extremely frustrating dealing with an agency that appeared unwilling to acknowledge clear evidence. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise tenants to keep thorough records of everything and be prepared to challenge any unfair charges. I would not trust this agency and would not use them again.

After visiting several agencies, this was the only place where I genuinely felt treated as a person rather than just another applicant. Jo was kind, patient, and very understanding, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the viewing, even though I arrived unexpectedly. They both took the time to listen, answer questions, and offer useful advice, which made a big difference. Moving after many years is stressful, but I left feeling much more reassured and positive about the whole process. Even though we didn’t go ahead with the property this time, I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them.- 25th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Seriously, buying your first home in 2026 may be one of the most difficult processes in the world. I live outside the UK and recently sold a house in South Ockendon with Nicola Ewin managing the process for me from start to finish. Great communication and advice (very important for me being non local). The team managed to generate a lot of interest and organised countless viewings to enable a successful auction. I recommend these guys - they deliver above and beyond, 5 stars all round. 25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

He was patient, understanding that for us it was a big move and talked us through the process making sure we understood all steps clearly. He made sure to accommodate our needs. The rest of the team were also great at supporting Harry when he was not available. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires an estate agent that has empathy, uses intuition and has great knowledge of the local market
