22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

30th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been impressed with the way that Palmers have handled the sale of the property providing expert knowledge of the area and market as well as supporting us to get the house ready for sale. We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.

We had a lot of complications selling our home (not on Lamb's part, just general market conditions and it being oan old home), and everything they did was supportive, thorough, responsive, caring beyond our expectations and hopes.<br><br>Jordan gave us confidence and just set everything up right, the wider team supported us every step of the way, and then comes Jo, who is responsible for sales progression (getting us to completion). I actually train people how to be great with customers for a living. And my new shorthand is: be like Jo.<br><br>Jo is hands-down the most proactive, caring, and brilliant person you can ever hope to work with. What would have been a 10/10 stressful situation for any person, Jo made it infinitely easier. We are indebted to Jo, and the team.<br><br>Our little family could not rate Lamb & Co highly enough. Thank you so so much for selling our home in Clacton.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. You can put all of your trust into them and know that they will do their very best to keep you at their best interests. Thanks again Yaxley Homes, we will definitely be using you again in the future.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. 23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We were very pleased that we chose Stoneridge (Frinton). At the outset, Kane was very positive and pro-active, resulting in a quick offer on our property. He was a great communicator, and this continued when Sally took over in her role as 'progressor'. She was often chasing different aspects of the sale, reporting back to us regularly and always responding to emails promptly. Thank you.
2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)

Sold through them on the 1st day of marketing and yet been on the market prior to them taking on the property.
