4th May 2026 (2 days ago)One word. Outstanding. From start to finish, my experience with Ellisons has been nothing short of outstanding. From the first encounter on the valuation of our home, Aidan Purtill was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and ultimately realistic with price. He talked us through a strategy for our home, and within a week of off-market viewings we had multiple offers, with it going to best and final bids. It was Callum who we ended up dealing with throughout the process, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the transaction was as smooth as possible. Whenever we hit bumps during the conveyancing, he was quick to react and keep things moving. Additionally, his ability to negotiate during our own sale, but also in assistance with our onward purchase was invaluable. I also would like to send my thanks to Mahul and Stephen, who were also both a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Always willing to help out whenever Callum was out of office, and their positive, professional attitude was always highly reassuring. Ultimately, Ellisons Wimbledon really does feel like you’re dealing with an A team, and I always felt in great hands. The way that they work together is second to none, and far better than my experience with other local agents. It goes without saying, but if you’re looking to Buy or Sell in the area - use Ellisons!

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. 9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.
