8th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)We just sold our home and I would highly recommend RA Bennett’s Estate Agency in Broadway, Worcestershire.<br><br>Emily took the reins and worked tirelessly with us and all of the relevant parties for the sale of our property ! She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support. Thank you so much, Emily, for everything you did to get us over the line! ??

We haven't had much communication from Hadleigh in the 3 months we were with them,the market is bad at the moment but they never gave us advice about whether to reduce at all. We had to chase feedback after we had viewers,which was only 3.

The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.

The team is incredibly friendly, super approachable, and they genuinely take the stress out of being a landlord. Every time I've needed to get in touch, they've been quick to reply and always sort out tenant or maintenance issues with a smile. It makes a huge difference dealing with a team that is so warm, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend them to any property owner

17th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I used to let my property through this agency under their full management service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.<br>Naomi never managed the property properly and gave me a lot of incorrect information. If you tried to call the office, she would rarely answer the phone or return calls.<br>When I decided to end my contract, she aggressively tried to charge me additional fees because the tenant wanted to remain in the property, claiming that she had found the tenant.<br>I am so glad I switched to a different agency and have been with them ever since. She also never returned my property keys.<br>She comes across as nice at first, but in my experience, I would be very cautious. I found her to be unprofessional, and I would advise others to avoid this agency if possible.
24th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!
