I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

25th May 2026 (25 days ago)Abi and the team at Tudor and Co recently helped me buy my first house and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The purchase was not straight forward due to a lack of confidence in the vendors solicitors however Abi kept me updated every step of the way and pushed for updates to assist in pushing the sale through. I work abroad often and having never bought a house before I wasn’t sure of the processes or timescales and Abi was extremely supportive and proactive. Down the line when I come to sell the property I shall definitely be engaging Tudor and Co!

An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
