The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. A special mention to Vijay, who showed us around the property. He was incredibly professional and welcoming. He gave us plenty of time to look around without any rush and was clear about all the details. It's easy to see that they take customer care very seriously. I'd highly recommend AVJ Home Letting to anyone looking for a rental property!

19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We have been Corum customers for a number of years (this is our third sale and purchase with them) but the first time dealing with this branch. The service we received was everything we have come to expect from Corum and more.<br><br>Transactions these days seem to be much more stressful than we have experienced before and this sale/purchase in particular was up and down for months. Nicola and the team were exceptional and got us where we needed to be, whilst keeping things as calm and seemless as possible.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending Corum and we really would like to make a special mention about Nicola who was absolutely wonderful!- 4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Lovely staff who helped me through the whole process. Her warmth, friendliness, and exceptional efficiency were truly impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, and her level of service went above and beyond my expectations. An absolute credit to the team!

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.- 5th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Fantastic experience

I have now finally purchased my first home and the service I received from Kerra was brilliant! From the estimation appointment with Angela, the pictures with Joyce and the contact with the amazing staff in the office....it has been stress free. My house sold quickly and we were guided through the process and kept up to date. Our buyer also used Joyce Heeps Homes and I have been updated regarding our chain. I have used previous estate agents in EK and I felt frustrated at times with the lack of contact. This was completely different.

Their marketing strategy was impeccable and they achieved an excellent outcome in a very short time.
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Walker Wylie were recommended to us when we were looking to sell our house. Stuart was incredibly attentive and gave us great confidence throughout the process. Our house was sold within a week with a significant number of no viewings booked in and concentrated over the first weekend. At closing date, Stuart was again on hand to advise and Walker Wylie were proactive in finding out about potential buyers and their situations. I could not recommend them highly enough. Their services was more personable than bigger agencies I’ve used in the past and their prices were competitive.

The team was professional, friendly, and responsive, with clear communication throughout. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

No issues over several years, pay your rent and respect the property and neighbours, Limegreen will look after you better than any sole landlord can.
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Lesley was recommended by a few different people and our friends who had worked with her before, achieving excellent results. We chose to move from a well know high street agency to McKirdy on the strength of these recommendations. Lesley was so responsive, almost immediately on first contact calling and giving straightforward clear advice. She was completely honest, down to earth, friendly and we felt at ease and confident with her and her agency right away. She visited our property that same day, in the evening, on her own time, spending at least two hours with us, advising on changes to presentation of the house and other aspects to help get a successful sale. We followed these exactly. This advice felt to us more relevant than what had been explained to us by our original agent The house was sold shortly thereafter, and we believe that all the changes recommended by Lesley and the many calls with her answering all of our questions contributed 100% to that sale. In summary I cannot recommend McKirdy Estate Agents enough!
