He’s always been really helpful and made sure we received all the regular services we were meant to such as boilers services.<br><br>The couple of times we had a minor issue he was quick to sort it out and always checked in to make sure this was resolved. He is really easy to deal with and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great estate agent!

I am very grateful for the work she has done to help me get to where I am now with the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgable state agent.

13th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)5 stars honestly isn’t enough. If I could give a higher rating, I definitely would.<br><br>The fees they charge are more than fair for the service they provide. They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. Choose Countrywide. I highly recommend them.
24th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was a landlord for ten years and dealt with Slater Hogg throughout that period. My experience was consistently appalling. I felt overcharged at every opportunity and never believed they were acting in my interests as their client. Quite the opposite—it often felt as though they were working against me. I repeatedly received information that proved to be incorrect or misleading, which caused unnecessary frustration and completely destroyed my trust in the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Slater Hogg to any landlord.- 2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)This company’s signage is literally a red flag.<br><br>Take note - and if you know what’s good for you - run.<br><br>If you’re a prospective tenant, don’t just take my advice… read the pages and pages of reviews of this company from other people who have been put through hell by these people.<br><br>Junior lettings staff - who was given the responsibility by her management when she was 5 minutes in the door with zero experience to remotely manage a full electrical rewire of the flat I was due to move into, at the tail end of Covid. The electrics were malfunctioning, the walls were destroyed, the carpets were destroyed and every other general maintenance issue that was supposed to be taken care of before I moved in, she failed on. Then she went of a campaign of emotional manipulation in an attempt to wear me out when I was trying to have her take responsibility, admit fault and fix the damage. She didn’t admit fault. She didn’t apologise. She didn’t fix anything.<br><br>I fixed everything myself - walls, floors, kitchen units, fireplace. I spent thousands of pounds doing so.<br><br>I should also add that the flat was on the market with no valid electric safety certificate and only after it was advertised, had people view, and a deposit paid and a let agreed did this junior notice that the EICR certificate (and others) had expired.<br><br>Not only was there no proper due diligence on my move in, there was no proper due diligence when the previous tenants moved out.<br><br>Sloppy, at best.<br><br>Director of Property Management-. This vile excuse for a woman took no responsibility, never apologised, never picked up the phone, never fixed anything and threatened my tenancy.<br><br>head of customer service - this vile excuse for a man - never picked up the phone, mishandled my formal complaint, took absolutely no responsibility for the problems they had created, admitted no fault, harassed me in the process, never resolved anything, and gave me no option but to seek compensation via a tribunal.<br><br>The case had so many items to be heard that it took 3 hearing, over 2 years.<br><br>As soon as the case was over, DJ Alexander sent me a notice to leave - citing that the landlord wanted to move a family member in.<br><br>This was a lie. The flat was back on the market less than 4 weeks after I moved out, with one of their red flags in the front garden.<br><br>For those who have read this far - also take note that they have a boiler plate response on negative google reviews suggesting that we reach out to customer service with our complaints - trying to look like they care.<br><br>4 years of my life absolutely ruined by people who’s egos will not allow them so just say, sorry - I was wrong - let’s fix things.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.- 31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Had some repairs that needed doing and Jodi helped me out tremendously and clearly so I’m glad to have such an easy communication line to fix things quickly

They helped get a sale price beyond what I expected. Stuart and Alan are brilliant. Couldn’t recommend highly enough - there’s no other choice!

We filled the form in (my husband's work union offered this service) which we sent off and received an email back quickly to arrange a teams call with Jennifer then we got posted out drafts to sign and send back. We literally didn't need to do anything! Great service and very quick. Made a daunting subject a lot easier than we imagined. Thanks again! ??????
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)If you’re a person of color, please steer clear from doing any business with this agency. I went for a house viewing yesterday with my husband and the landlord who showed us the property proceeded to go on about how multiculturalism in Britain disgusts her and she hates hearing multiple different languages in public settings and that high crime rates are to blame for this. This was all said completely unprovoked. If this is what she’s comfortable with expressing to complete strangers in a professional setting, I’d hate to see how she treats her tenants. Avoid at all costs, especially if you’re not Scottish, as this seems to provoke a very visceral reaction from her.<br><br>Edit to add: I will say upon calling and reporting this to Lime Green directly, the woman I spoke to was absolutely lovely and assured me that this is not a reflection of how they do business. But regardless, this type of behavior, especially in a professional environment needs to be addressed and taken seriously.

From our first meeting, I knew she was the right person to sell my flat – it ended up selling way beyond the home report and way beyond my own expectations! She did more work than the lawyers by about a million percent! The rest of the team is lovely and helpful too. Huge thanks to everyone for such a great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend to everyone!
