6th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home
18th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Very poor service, submitted a verbal offer with via phoning the estate agent for a property at Oswald Court on the basis nobody else had submitted a bid on the property at that time. Received a call over 3 hours later to say someone else has had submitted a bid which the client had accepted. At no point was I informed of someone else submitting a bid.<br><br>Was given no further options and basically left with "tough luck".<br><br>Sent a written email of complaint as instructed on the website over 10 days ago to raise my issues with no response as of yet so doesn't look like I'm getting one.<br><br>Wouldn't recommend to use, been dealing with estate agents for nearly 6 months as a first time buyer and this is the only estate agent which has made me feel unwelcome and unsupported.

Craig, Megan, Laura and all of the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. By far the best property selling experience that we have had. Would not hesitate in recommending them for any others looking to sell their property in the southside.

Lyndsay was there every step of the way, both during and after the sale, helping to keep things moving and acting as a key point of contact between ourselves and the other parties in the chain, which she didn’t need to do.<br>Every stage was handled professionally. The marketing was excellent from the outset, with high-quality visuals and photographs, and Alex’s attention to detail was superb. Once the property went live, arranging viewings was made simple and everything was managed in a way that worked around us.<br>Not only did the team secure us a very good offer, but Lyndsay also went above and beyond by supporting communication with the solicitors and other parties involved in the chain, particularly when we were experiencing difficulties.
