I reached out to them and was said they will call back for the viewing as its not started yet.And when i reached them again i was said they already had the viewing and having the application and will not be fair with the one who gave the application…How it is fair to me. After that, I never heard back from them at all. There was no follow-up, no rescheduling, and no communication. This was extremely frustrating, as I had shown clear interest and was waiting for them to rearrange the viewing they had cancelled. This kind of behavior is both rude and highly unprofessional. A basic level of communication and respect for potential tenants is expected, and unfortunately, this agent failed to meet even that standard. I would not recommend dealing with them.

They provide an outstanding service to both me the landlord, and also the tenants. The team in the office are all very friendly, very efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a professional estate agency to manage their buy to let investments.

11th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them. Communication has been consistently poor throughout. Emails are routinely ignored, and I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get the most basic updates. Even then, responses are often delayed and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely out of the loop. On top of that, there’s been a serious lack of professionalism when it comes to viewings. On more than one occasion, the property was left unlocked afterwards, which is completely unacceptable and raises obvious security concerns. To make matters worse, the property was removed from Zoopla and nothing was done to resolve the issue for over a month. This kind of inaction is incredibly disappointing, especially when you rely on online listings to attract potential buyers. Overall, the service has been careless, unresponsive, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
1st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I lived at one of Nav's property for 4 years. And I literally felt like living in my own flat as there was no typical landlord pressure or presence from him. Not only he was transparent and fair when moving in but also when moving out. If anything goes wrong at the flat, he was always able to sort things out immediately and have always been available whenever you call or text. If i ever again looking to rent, i would definitely be going into one of his properties.
