The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.
24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I found Jamie and his team very approachable and friendly. Jamie was always willing to help and answer a multitude of questions we had!! The young lady Izzy who mainly answered the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the whole the experience was extremely pleasant and the staff very professional. Sadly we had to pull out and Jamie was very understanding considering he had a buyer for our property. I wish the staff all the very best for the future. If we do decide to put our property on the market in future we will choose Morris Dibben.
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Isaac and Anna were both absolutely fantastic. Anna was very accommodating when it came to the viewings and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She helped me, and continues to help me, with the house buying process. Isaac was very energetic and sweet, he has kept in touch with me throughout the process and was lovely to talk to in regards to the mortgage aspect of the process. He was very informative throughout. Although… I’m shocked he’s never had a Toby Carvery, that needs to be sorted. :)

Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

20th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Everyone has been excellent and always really friendly and approachable and a great app, with all viewings, feedback and any updates on. Lovely Harry, so good at conducting the viewings, James and Rob for advice, Chris with his knowledge and of course amazing Audrey who goes above and beyond on getting it all over the line. We have changed our view of Estate agents, the move has been very stress free. Thank you all really appreciate the work you all put in????????
