I recently viewed a property with Mark Shurety, and honestly, I wish he could have shown me around every property I’ve viewed!<br><br>Mark arrived early, was exceptionally well dressed and professional, yet at the same time incredibly warm and approachable. What really stood out to me, though, was the way he conducted the viewing.<br><br>I’ve always found that when viewing properties, there can be a slight feeling of being rushed. An agent will usually show you around, perhaps spending a minute or so in each room, pointing out a few features before asking what you think. Sometimes the focus can even be drawn to fairly trivial details, rather than the things that genuinely matter when you’re considering a home.<br><br>Mark was completely different. He took the time to show me around each room and, more importantly, pointed out the key aspects of the property that were actually worth considering. He was incredibly helpful without ever making me feel pressured or rushed.<br><br>But the best part was that, once he had shown me around, Mark gave me the opportunity to continue viewing the property by myself. This might sound like a small thing, but it made such a difference. I could take my time, look at everything again and really imagine myself in the property without someone talking throughout the viewing or influencing my thoughts.<br><br>Mark made it clear where he would be if I needed to ask anything, while giving me the space to form my own opinion.<br><br>The way Mark conducts his viewings should be universal. Professional, informative, respectful and genuinely focused on helping the buyer make an informed decision rather than simply getting them in and out.<br><br>A huge thank you, Mark<br>You were fantastic!

Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns.
What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons.
Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates.
The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain.
Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events.
Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

Abbotts Attleborough were fantastic especially Jess Crust she was up front no BS from the start.

If it had not been for the wonderful assistance given to us by Hannah and Alicia at Watton branch this sale would never have reached exchange. Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Hannah relentlessly and efficiently progressed the process in spite of the many obstacles, delays and difficulties which the conveyancers/solicitors caused. Thank you to all at Watton branch.
