Super friendly staff. Relaxed yet professional atmosphere. I met with Freddie Jacobs who I could not recommend highly enough. Really helpful. Really patient with me. Met all my expectations and needs. Unlike the estate agents across the road, who were polite but had no time for me and sent me away saying they were really busy that morning.
