We worked with Ben Smith on a recent house purchase in SE8. For reasons outside of Ben's control, the purchase process became a challenge, to say the least. Without Ben's constant communication, and attempts to smooth out the bumps, there's no way we would have got it over the line. I was honestly really impressed with Acorn. I used them after picking a cheaper agent first, who didn't have any success, and the general experience was pretty underwhelming.
Acorn were proactive - they got me 3 offers the first weekend my property was on the market (the previous agent had it for 6 months with no offers!). Great communication and the whole thing was really very smooth.

I had a very good experience with the Acorn Grove Park team. They were courteous and provided information timely as required.
The whole process was impressive, beginning with Megan who was excellent and professional, Jade and every team member until the move in date.
I will gladly recommend Acorn time and again to people.

The agency was very good at bringing in viewings, we originally used a small independent agency and noticed a huge difference in viewing numbers. What I didn’t like was that they told me they could definitely sell my property for X amount when we signed up with them, then immediately wanted to reduce the price and told me ‘let’s be honest you were never going to get X your property is worth Y (lower amount). Very rude and dishonest people. Ultimately we sold it but felt very hard balled into accepting an offer when we felt perhaps we could’ve got more.

I met with Tyrese at the property for a viewing. He was very helpful and informative. He answered every question I asked and reassured me that the property was suitable for me and my baby. I was able to decide there and then at the property that I wanted that house. I paid my holding deposit the same day. Thanks to Tyrese my search for a suitable house is over.

Awful experience. Arranged a viewing for a flat to purchase, left work earlier and once I got there, the agent did not have the keys to the flat and kept knocking on the door for 10 mins, hoping for someone to open the door. Eventually a neighbour came out informing us, the tenant was at work. I had to leave without viewing the property. Very disorganised - I would never use them again. Never received a call nor an email with an apology. No respect for customers' time.
