These estate agents are terrible. Won’t fix a leak in my apartment that’s been going on for two and a half months and I have called multiple times. They also rented the apartment to me without saying that I could not have Internet in the apartment. Windows are dirty and broken and also remain unrepaired since I’ve moves in. They lie as well. Every time I call about the problems they say Emma will call me back and she never has. Starting to think she doesn’t exist. If you’re renting in Newcastle DO NOT rent from them!!!

Within a day, Bridgfords had several viewers for us and very shortly had an offer! Although we had several offers and buyers who ended up having to pull out for personal reasons, bridgfords always had more viewers lined up, without fail. We truly felt like 110% effort was always being put into selling our property. They also consistently chased solicitors and the buyer to keep us updated from sale to completion.

I requested the name of an electrician to carry out an electrical test as I don’t live in the area. I received the test results via Bridgfords ( who also saw the test certificate) and I found later, to my cost, that the certificate was:

Illegal as it contained no contractors reference
Some pages required for a proper certificate were missing
A different electrician I employed found numerous errors with his results

As a result I had to have the house rewired and could not obtain compensation as the electrician had gone out of business

Bridgfords denied any liability despite their recommendation and their dealing with the electrician concerned
