I recently viewed a property in York with bridgfords, and have been viewing multiple properties recently and this was by far the best, I was shown around the property by Bethany who was very personable and honest and did a really good job trying to show off the property, by far the best estate agent we have interacted with so far.

Super friendly but still very professional. Can not speak highly enough of all the staff I dealt with. Efficient, kept me informed without being intrusive which resulted in a sale. Followed by another sale through an auction house they are involved with. Can’t express my gratitude enough to the whole team

Richard and Emma have both been exceptional throughout the entire process. They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property.<br>What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion. Whenever progress slowed, they proactively followed up and did everything possible to keep matters on track.<br>I know I probably tested their patience at times with my many questions and requests, but they were always helpful, responsive, and supportive.
