Having a really great experience with Barnard Marcus Peckham. Qasim set up a few viewings for me and drove my mum and I round to see them all in one go. He was really friendly and helpful during the whole process. I found a property I loved and he didn't rush me at all and was able to answer all the questions I had. Abidul was also very helpful and assisted with my (slightly lower) offer being accepted! Overall a great experience :)

Fabian’s customer service and after sales service has been great. Had a few initial hiccups in the process but he dealt with them professionally and his communication has also been very prompt. Even catered to our queries on weekends that’s something I’d like to specially appreciate him for.

We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

Had an extremely good experience renting with Bernard Marcus. Mac and Natalie were incredibly responsive, helpful and swift in execution. They went above and beyond to ensure my move in happened quickly and painlessly. Would absolutely recommend for a pain free moving experience.

Great communication and straight forward process with this sales team. All are friendly and welcoming and had double the amount of viewings my other agent had. I managed to have an offer accepted within 3 weeks of going on the market. Highly recommend.
