We cannot recommend Beresfords highly enough. They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family.
From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market.
The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Beresford in Maldon, and I mean the whole team. For their patience, guidance, support and professionalism. It wasn’t easy, despite it being a small chain, but we got there in the end and I was very happy with their service and communication.
