Beresfords Estate Agents provided a professional personable service to enable me to find and new home before the new year & complete my purchase by mid-March 2026 (a 4 month process) Particularly through the advice of thier experienced manager's Daniel Buck and Richard Gennings I was respectively able to find and view good properties matching my need, at times fitting around my own work, with important honestly conveyed tips about the properties features and positive and less positive attributes, and tips on how best to aquire a mortgage, compare lender offer details, and consider other forms of protection more broadly such life cover policies. I can recommend Beresford to anyone looking for these and other services provided. Thank you Beresfords team.

Although I didn’t ultimately purchase a property through Beresford, I still wanted to leave a review because the help and guidance I received from Kasey was outstanding. Kasey took the time to answer my questions, provide useful advice, and was always friendly and approachable. There was never any pressure, just genuine support throughout my search. That level of service really stood out, and I’m very grateful for the time and effort Kasey put in.
