Excellent service! The flush button in our toilet broke and we reported the issue straight away. We were really impressed with how quickly it was dealt with. To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. We had our house up for sale with Beresford’s after choosing another agent first with no sale. The process went smoothly and we had lots of viewings. Even though we did not end up selling with Beresford due to an offer from our previous agent, we are grateful for your professionalism and friendly advice.<br>Kimberley especially was a great help offering advice and patience when we needed it. We also viewed properties with them and never felt pressured. They always had answers to questions about the properties which was great.
