Visited Beresfords after a recommendation by a friend as the best company in town to get a property valuation from.<br>Eleanor who assisted me was Incredible helpful and despite saying the valuation would come through the following day she had posted the email within 90 minutes of visiting their office, brilliant service and won’t hesitate to use them again if requiring their services

Having recently purchased a property through Beresfords the whole process has been completely seamless. From the first viewing with Olivia and then a further viewing at the same property I felt supported in the entire process. Both Olivia and Nic have guided me through the purchase and also the exchange and completion and made everything that much easier for me. If you do get a chance to purchase or sell a property through them you will not be disappointed in the service and support you receive from start to finish.

Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.
