Connor, Donna and Lisa have been great helps to us the newbie in town/country. I like that the two sales representatives mentioned (Connor and Donna) are professional, resourceful, respectful and patient to walk us through different potential houses and answer various questions we came up with. I saw a property posted in the window of the Redhill branch and went in to inquire about it. Safiya Wieland welcomed me and chatted very knowledgeably about the property and so we arranged a viewing within a week. It was a nice house but the garden and parking didn't suit my needs. However, Safiya had already 'gone above and beyond' and had arranged two further viewings for me that afternoon with her colleague from the Horley branch. She had clearly communicated my wants and needs and Scott Ives met me and showed me two further properties, the second of which I pick up the keys for tomorrow!<br><br>I am very satisfied with both staff members and count myself extremely lucky to have dealt with such lovely, well motivated and knowledgeable people. Thank you

They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold.
I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed.
However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.
