I’m very pleased to offer my review. The staff and service offered to me whilst I had my house in Dorking was excellent although the sale took a long time it was always kept in the forefront of everyone who was involved . I’m very pleased to say I would use this company again without hesitation.

We had previously listed our property with two different estate agents last year and unfortunately didn’t achieve a sale. This year, we decided to go with Cubitt & West—and what a difference it made.
Within just two weeks, they secured a full asking price offer, which exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the team were professional, respectful, and incredibly positive about our property. Their enthusiasm really shone through and made a huge difference in how our home was presented.
Communication was excellent throughout. They kept us constantly updated with viewing schedules and provided detailed, helpful feedback after each one. The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with, which made the whole experience far less stressful.

I highly recommend Cubitt & West, Peacehaven who actively worked on my behalf to successfully sell my house in February 2026. Ben and Blaze carried out most of the viewings - They were professional and always followed through with seeking post-viewing feedback. The absolute STAR of the show was Shirley, who worked proactively to pull in potential buyers and who, metaphorically held my hand from the very first meeting to successful completion. Her upbeat energy and confidence around finding the ‘right’ buyer for me was reassuring, and empathic - it really helped me navigate the lows as well as the highs of the selling experience. She was always available to me, promptly returning my emails and telephone calls and really went the extra mile to get the sale done up right up to completion. She was even happy to assist me post sale, when I discovered I had left a few small items in the madness of the moving day. - she contacted the buyers on my behalf and facilitated and stored the items at the Cubitt & West office until I was able to pick them up. Shirley is absolutely brilliant in her role and, when required, goes the extra extra extra mile! Sometimes it is said that estate agents generates easy money for very little work - This was not my experience at all, every penny was earned and was excellent value for money, thank you!!

I spoke to Sophie, Max and Fred - I honestly cannot think of a way they could have been more helpful or more lovely.
Sophie’s viewing style was perfect for me, she’s friendly and calm so naturally puts you at ease. She allowed me to take the lead (walk into rooms first, and chose the order to go round the home) - this respectful approach allowed me to fully engage with the space, and further put me at ease as I viewed. Viewing rooms in the order I wanted allowed me to put my priorities for a home first - providing an opportunity to really imagine myself in the home.
Throughout this process the team have been knowledgable about the house, clear, and transparent - taking time to explain the process, and answer any (and all!) of my questions. As a result I felt supported, and really enjoyed interactions with the team.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Really impressed with how they’ve dealt with my property selling..
Always answer the phone and any questions which is a rare thing I found last time with other companies.
Knowledgeable and just seem like great people there so I’ve been really happy I chose them and would certainly use them again!
Kevin, Jo and Caroline do go above and beyond I’d say but as I said before the most important thing when you’re doing something that can be as stressful as this process is having someone who responds and is always there to answer any questions which they always are!

Exeptional agents!
We spoke to several agents before coming on the market with C&W. I felt the other agents were giving us unrealistic figures to try and get us to go with them with no real structure on how they were going to sell the property. When Jayde came round, she gave me her honest opinion on the value and we set a plan then and there.
We had scheduled to have the photographs taken the following week, but I receieved a call from the team beforehand as they had a buyer whos property specifics were exactly what we were selling. We allowed an off market viewing the following day and within 24 hours we accepted an offer at full asking price. I cant thank Jayde, Safia, Claire, Musa and Abbie enough for there efforts. Great service

They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold.
I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed.
However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions.
I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her.
