Georgia in Cubitt and West, was so kind and caring and understanding of my needs and worked so hard for me. Unfortunately, I found a property's through another agent, but would 100% recommend Georgia at Cubitt ans West to anyone I know looking for a property.
Also this is a review for Ben from Cubitt and West who also showed my a property that I fell in love with, but someone put an offer on it before me. Ben was kind and caring and really looked after me.
Georgia and Ben are to excellent representatives for Cubitt and West.

They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold.
I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed.
However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions.
I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her.
