We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first home. Jo, Paul and the team in Pulborough have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were professional, incredibly friendly and always there to reassure us whenever we felt overwhelmed or unsure about what came next. Buying your first house can feel daunting, but they made the whole experience so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they did to help get our purchase across the line. Highly recommended!

After using two other estate agents with no joy, I finally had success with Cubitt & West! Nigel was especially helpful throughout and made the whole experience much easier. He was friendly, approachable and never put me under any pressure which really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend.

They were handing two properties, one was my late stepdad’s and the other was my mum’s
At one stage I was told that it’s not their fault no one wants to buy the bungalow.( this was by the manager)
They told me to put the bungalow up for £435,000 but 6/7 months later, they wanted me to put it in auction for £300,000 and when I said absolutely not was asked what my issue was.
When I raised concerns, the manager told me that he wouldn’t entertain my complaint.
They also put both properties on for those over 60 for half ownership.
This was never spoken about to me, I only found this out when I put one of the properties on with a different agent.
The flat was sold(agreed sale) in October 25 to September 26 and on the day we were meant to sign, the buyers pulled out.
I then received an email about 3 weeks after the sale had fallen through, telling me the sale was no longer going ahead but I had known this on the day it fell through, 3 weeks earlier.
When I went to pick the keys up, one of the estate agent’s that had showed the Buyers around in June, told me that the buyers were not to keen back in June, but this was never relayed to me.
The Estate agent that showed them around in June also broke the garage door, I asked them to fix it but got no reply.

Cubitt & West recently sold my late father's, and our lifelong family, home, in Kingston, near Lewes. I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Well done to all at the Lewes Branch but special thanks go to Fred for supporting us and providing the humour in such a stressful situation.

My elderly parents were selling their property and a buyer was found quickly by C&W. It however got a bit problematic with the deeds and it was an extremely stressful time for them with buyers and sellers putting pressure on.<br>Garry was exceptional !!!!<br>Then voice of reason, pulling the right strings at the right time and managing my parents with patience and understanding.<br>He also kept me updated which he didn’t have to do but meant I could help my parents along the way.<br>Well done and thank you for ‘knowing your customer and having emotional intelligence’
