The best team I have come across in estate agency buying and selling group.
Cubbit & West does all the legwork, you just need to turn up for appointments or viewing. The team will work around your work hours and preferences, ever disappointing.

As a buyer with somewhat tricky solicitors to deal with, having Garry as a point of contact at Cubitt and West was a life saver. We were actually getting most of our updates from Garry and finally managed to get to exchange with his support and backing going between solicitors. If we were in a position to sell in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Cubitt and West again as I've seen what they do for their buyers. Whole team great from start to finish but Garry is a legend!

After a disappointing experience with another local agent I tried Cubitt & West Leatherhead who gave some great advice and had two offers within three weeks of marketing my flat; I accepted one and the process thereafter was smooth and simple.
