Recently sold our property via Kristine at Cubbit and west. I was slightly stressed as I have never sold a property before and was unsure of the process. Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. Ended up selling the property in 4 working days! Would recommend the company and Kristine for those looking for guidance and peace of mind!

We have been very fortunate to have Jo and Paul support us through a very emotional time. Although I didn't use Cubitt & West to sell my property, I can't speak highly enough of Jemma and the support she provided throughout my journey. Having not sold a property for 38 years the whole process felt very new and quite daunting. Jemma contacted me every week with details of new properties, checked in regularly to see how my sale was progressing, and always asked if there was anything she could do to help. Now where do I start …. From the first house till the first interaction and throughout the process I cannot fault anyone in the team …. I didn’t feel as if I was dealing with strangers it was like telling a friend what I was looking for in my next home and they listened understood and the first property I was shown was the one for us … it just goes to show that the agents know exactly what a buyer wants and keep their needs in mind when short listing properties for you …. We have zero hiccups dealing with the agency the lovely Fran is such a great agent who is as excited as you are about the property she finalises then not to forget Lauren and Natasha who have been amazing when I couldn’t find Fran and was freaking out lolll … if you are a first time buyer I would definitely recommend them the best interest when helping you find your forever home ….
