Very helpful staff from Nigel and his team.<br>They kept us up to date on the sale process.<br>Just as well that we used the solicitors that they suggested -this gave more overall control of the sale process.<br>Overall we are very happy with their exceptional service - we would recommend them.

Connor, Donna and Lisa have been great helps to us the newbie in town/country. I like that the two sales representatives mentioned (Connor and Donna) are professional, resourceful, respectful and patient to walk us through different potential houses and answer various questions we came up with. We’ve come across lots of property consultants in Brighton and around now; in terms of quality, attitude, follow-up work, attention to customer needs with zero discrimination, I confirm that Cubitt & West is top of the league. I recently came into the cubitt and west office in Uckfield and had a incredibly friendly chat with all the staff there Kelly, Dan, Jemma and Julie were all chipping in filling me with great information about the town and different properties it had to offer, once I’m ready I’ll definitely go back to see them all

?????????? Fantastic service from start to finish<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the estate agents so far. Our house has been on the market for not even two days and we’ve already had three viewings, which is absolutely fantastic!<br><br>From the very beginning, the whole team has been friendly, professional, helpful and incredibly supportive.
