If you are thinking of moving, I cannot recommend Caroline Davidson at the Godalming branch highly enough. Although she was not directly involved in the sale of our home, she acted as our chain checker. I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed if it weren’t for Caroline’s tenacious approach. She kept everyone updated, proactively chased every lead, and solved problems every step of the way. Hardworking and proactive, she also brought a wonderful sense of humour to the process. Her "this will happen" mindset and positive attitude were incredibly reassuring and kept morale high throughout.

Apologies for the late review. Justin and Mark, as are Chloe and other staff handling our sale, great ambassadors for Curchods. At the outset, we had great confidence in Justin hence we appointed Curchods over 3 other agents. I would highly recommend Curchods Guildford. Selling a property is a complex process involving managing and translating those conversations between the seller, the buyer and solicitors. The estate agent plays a vital part of this negotiation and people management to help things go smoothly. I would much prefer to use a bricks and mortar agent over an online model to help take the sales management off the seller's hands. Kat Mroz was my negotiator and proved to be a total expert and pleasure to work with during this process - always calm, patient, professional and adept at keeping things moving throughout any unplanned challenges, which can sometimes occur. A huge thanks to her, as well as to Charlie and all the team!
