It has been a long haul selling my late Mum's flat. Curchods finally sold it and it wasn't for want of trying in a volatile market with so many obstacles. We liked their honesty and keeping us up to date even if sometimes it was something we didn't want to hear. Thank you to West Byfleet staff with a special mention to Jordan, Charlie and Mark.

There are Estate Agents and then there is Spencer Darrington. He really is a league above every other Estate Agent I have come across. Personal but professional. Sold our house within a week which has been on the market for over a year. We moved on to exchange and completion which was done in 16 weeks with Spencer checking in everyday with the whole chain working tirelessly to get it finalised as I had a deadline. So if you want your house sold efficiency and effectively I would use Spencer at Curcholds every time.

The whole team at Curchods West Byfleet are very approachable, welcoming and friendly. Their strong knowledge of the local area allows them to offer helpful and realistic advice from the outset, which builds confidence and helps set clear and confident expectations. I don’t often take time make reviews, but felt the need to give feedback on Garry and the wider team at Cranleigh Curchods. Garry has consistently delivered excellent service while selling my house. The sale was complex due to probate, but his depth of knowledge and availability took the stress out of any legal issues that arose. Communication was brilliant and I always felt that nothing was too much when asking for support. I would highly recommend using the team to buy or sell a property. I would like to take this final opportunity to thank Garry and the team for everything.

Robbie at Curchods was a huge help to us as first time buyers and really helped us feel at ease throughout the process. Where we didn't have the best of experiences with our solicitors, we cannot fault the support and just general ease of communication we had with Robbie and Curchods.
