We had a fantastic experience working with Caroline as our estate agent. She was brilliant throughout the entire process and maintained excellent communication with both us and the buyer. She kept us updated at every stage, which really helped reduce the stress and uncertainty that often comes with selling a property.
What truly stood out was how proactive she was. Caroline regularly made sure we received updates from the entire chain, even when it wasn’t strictly necessary for her to do so. As we were at the end of the chain, having that information was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Because of Caroline’s efforts, we were able to keep everyone in the chain informed about progress, which made the whole process run much more smoothly. She was also very flexible and always willing to help whenever needed.
Her dedication and support made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. We’re very grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

We had an excellent experience with Curchods who handled our chain end to end. Communication with Caroline & the team was fantastic and the process was handheld throughout. We had an excellent experience with Curchods thanks to Barbara, our Sales Negotiator.
Barbara enabled the sale to progress quickly and smoothly by diligently liasing with all parties (including solicitors and surveyors etc). She was always helpful, professional, enthusiastic and efficient. We are grateful that she was assigned to our sale as not only did she do her job brilliantly; she was super to work with!

We had a really positive experience with the team at Curchods New Haw who helped us with selling our two-bedroom flat. As first-time sellers, we were completely new to the process and were relying on the advice given to us for all parts of the process. Hayley was fantastic throughout, giving us regular updates after viewings and helpful advice at every stage. They did an excellent job helping us sell in what was a very crowded marketplace, and made the whole process feel smooth, particularly after we accepted an offer as they kept us in the loop between solicitors and regularly followed up to keep things on track.
We’re very grateful and would highly recommend them, thank you Curchods!

We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

Great estate agents. Very professional and did a lovely brochure to sell my property. From using a range of agencies to find a new property I would put Esher Curchods heads above others for professionalism and contact, always keeping me up to date and helping with queries. Would definitely choose them again
