Been trying to call these agents for last 2 weeks, probably called over 20 times and only answered once..such a shame they houses I require come under this shambles of letting agents. Very very poor service. Highly wouldn't recommend ????????

My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K.
Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt.
We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week).
After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself).
If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.
