Booked a viewing in on a property that we were very interested in for exactly 16:40 on 14/04/24 - the property was a 15 min drive from where I am currently based, at exactly 16:38 I received a phone call from Dixons Solihull only to be notified that the property has now been sold and my viewing is now cancelled??! very very unprofessional and as a first time buyer 1 lesson learnt which is stay away from Dixons - I even received a text message reminder hour or so before the viewing time as a reminder. Again bad service.

I am extremely pleased with the mortgage broker service provided by Mr. Ian Walker. His expertise and attention to detail made the entire mortgage process incredibly smooth. I am a bit old style, and like to discuss my "big purchase" face to face. Ian is the one who is patient and listen to your needs and suggest the best mortgage solution. Every penny I paid for the service worth, especially he helped me to sort out a tiny little document issue with the bank in 3 days before the agreed contract exchange date!!
So, just popping by to the Solihull Dixons, and find Ian!

If you have your mortgage advisor this agency prefer sold property cheaper for another his client than accept your offer.
Be very careful buyers or landlords with this agency!

Dixons made it really easy for us to move into our first home. We viewed the property with Mark and moved in within 2 weeks. Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. The move in process was really smooth and easy, both Mark and Josh were informative and willing to help with all of our queries. We were very happy with the support Dixons gave us.

Great service. brought my property from Dixons Harborne 12 years ago and had a good service then, decided to sell now and service received so far from Aaron and Bernard has been exceptional! Great team, very reliable and trustworthy and would highly recommend.

Wolves, nothing "community" about these guys.
They receive notices of on-going legal disputes about a house and ignore it to push the simple-minded seller to make the sale asap, so they can milk the admin fees. The seller will then receive an injunction and become out of pocket. David and Andy then both act none-the-wiser. Country wide needs to investigate these poor practices and sack these wolves and bring in fresh faces.

Was in the process of buying a house and ready to give up until i got in touch with the Kings Heath branch. Dan was absolutely amazing and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. Without his knowledge of the area and the market we wouldn’t have found our dream home which we can now call ours! Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!!
