Ben and his team at Fox and Sons in Haywards Heath were extremely helpful and professional in the recent sale of our flat. We had a poor experience with a previous agent so this made our experience with Fox and Sons extremely welcome. We managed to get our flat under offer in less than 3 weeks at almost the asking price thanks to the advice and professionalism offered by Fox & Sons.

We met Darcie in order to view a house on our shortlist of property. Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style. She was never pushy and this added to her credibility, In our opinion she is an absolute credit to Fox and Sons Fordingbridge

Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this.
I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

Danielle and the team were great. Danielle was especially brilliant throughout our home buying process, very professional and very thoughtful. Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails.
We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

Staff were friendly but just a bit useless. Kept on saying stuff would be sorted but never did, had to rely on just the landlady due to no help from them. Even till the last day it was a challenge to even get my holding deposit back, they kept on saying "it was with the finance team", delays taking around 1 and a half months. BE WARNED, had to even get the holding deposit company involved to get them to take the money and retrieve it off them, hard to say if it is incompetence, or money lost. This was after we agreed it would be returned within 10 days and after the landlady said the property was fine and we could have the full amount back, they just missed the deadline by a month. Just be aware anyone who chooses to go with them it will be a challenge to get even pennies off them. Terrible first experience with them.

Really pleased with the service from Fox & Sons Bournemouth. The team were proactive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away.
Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
