As a very nervous first time buyer I was so reassured by Rhodri’s patience and understanding while helping me secure a mortgage. His calm demeanour was so welcome whenever I started feeling overwhelmed (which was most of the time!)

Britney was very helpful and proactive in sending properties through to view, even ones I had not seen/found myself, which resulted in me finding (Britney finding) the perfect place I viewed with Harvey who was also very friendly and helpful.
I ended up having an accepted offer less than 24 hours after viewing the property with the additional help of Matt & co.
Very efficient team.

Can't thank Danielle enough!
My partner and I were first time buyers and didn't know where to start when it came to the process of buying our first home. We were very nervous!
Danielle was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream first home! She held our hand through the entire process, she answered our queries, worries and questions and nothing was too big of an ask.
She communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked alongside the estate agent we were buying off of and our solicitor to ensure the process ran swiftly.

I have previously rented through this branch of Fox and Sons which was a really positive, friendly and efficient experience in itself.
We finally took the plunge and purchased a property, which again was listed through Fox and Sons. Zoe played a real key role offering advice and what needed to be done next; sorely needed for me as a first time buyer.
Zoe went above and beyond to assist; being really proactive and keen resolve any issues ASAP.
Zoe is a credit to the branch.
