With kind thanks to Harrison and the team for all their assistance over the past few months. Always keen to help, send on houses that fitted my search requests, a few outside of that which actually helped me focus on things I wanted, needed and of course how that worked with location(s). Liked their relaxed manner and always keen to find out additional info and have feedback on properties viewed, in a lovely constructive way for their sellers. Which as a buyer was very nice to see.

I live in Newhaven but chose Fox and Sons Peacehaven to be my selling agent based on their reach and great reputation. Good decision!
There was a steady stream of viewings from day one, it didn’t take long for them to find me a suitable buyer and we have just exchanged contracts!
I can’t speak too highly of the team. Callum, India and Millie were professional, friendly and informative at all times. A special mention here for India who was very supportive and gave regular updates throughout the process. Communication is key so I really appreciated that. Thank you!

Having stressed a lot over planning to get my first mortgage, and not a lot of prior knowledge of where to even begin, I had a recent opportunity for a discussion with Jamie Turner.
Within a short call, I was taught not only the fundamentals of mortgages and was given a more detailed insight as to how they work, but we were also able to come up with a tailored plan which will allow me to secure my first property.
The conversation was invaluable and is definitely something which I was able to gain a lot of knowledge out of, so I can only thank Jamie again for your time and I will certainly be in touch once I am ready to proceed further!

Our experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. We moved in approximately four months ago, and from day one, we encountered numerous issues. We received minimal support throughout the process. Upon collecting the keys from the agency, we were left to navigate finding our flat and accessing the car park on our own. Despite being informed that the garage was "around the property," we were left to fend for ourselves, unaware that the building we moved into had three separate garages.
Upon entering the property, we were dismayed to find it in a deplorable state—extremely dirty and unkempt. Shockingly, we even discovered blood stains on one of the doors, despite being assured that the flat had undergone a thorough professional cleaning just days prior.
Furthermore, despite explicitly requesting that the mold in the bathroom be addressed before our move-in date, it remained unresolved. The photos attached depict the persisting mold issue, which took nearly a month to be inadequately addressed. The individual tasked with remedying the situation merely painted over the mold without proper removal.
Moreover, ongoing bathroom issues persist even after four months of occupancy, yet to be rectified by the property management.
While I am generally reluctant to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so in this instance to highlight the sheer negligence exhibited by the agency and its property management team. It's regrettable because, despite these challenges, the flat itself is undeniably beautiful.

Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed.
Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly.
I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.
