I’ve dealt with Hunters on a previous house sale so know Harry & the team & had no hesitation in instructing them once again.

Hunters (Downend) were selected after meeting & questioning 4 local premium estate agents. Hunters provided the best overall advertising package and were also competitivly priced.<br>I'm pleased to say they delivered on their commitments and the house sale proceeded to contract exchange without any hicups.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Maddison Smith for the last few months. She has remained in constant contact and worked so hard to find a suitable property for me. Unfortunately the right property never arose with Hunters and we have since purchased with a different agent however Maddisons diligence to try and understand my very specific requirements in a property and also her genuine care about her situation has really made her stand out among the other agents I have been dealing with. She is a truly lovely and genuine person and a credit to Hunters.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my first home through Hunters. Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out.
Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently.
Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

Very poor experience trying to sell my property with this estate agent. Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

1 Star was too generous. Ignore the good reviews. Appalling service. Clearly short staffed as it's a real struggle to get through on the phone and when you do, you are greeted by staff who must be the most unhelpful and unpleasant people to deal with. No rapport, no engagement, no flexibility and no interest. Open every Saturday AM apart from Bank Holidays, as they close on the Saturday and the Monday. Zero effort from the sales team to nurture an enquiry into a sale. Clearly there must be easier sales to be had.
