I would highly recommend Hunters Chadwell Heath. They are so helpful and very efficient. Emotional time as selling my late father’s property which was our family home since childhood and they were extremely respectful of this. Excellent communication keeping me informed regularly. Went above and beyond.

Completed today and now in our new home, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from hunters especially Zack. Any problem any question he was there on the other end of the phone doing his best to sort it for us, he kept things straight and got us to this point. I must of rang more times than I can count and each time he delivered an outstanding service.<br><br>Thank you Zack and hunters we are one happy family :)

If 0 stars was an option, I would leave it.<br>The company do not care about their renters once you get in. They left us 2 months without radiators and huge disruptions which effected us and claimed it was all done in a "timely manner" all other tenants and people in our whole block had discounted rent but we did not, it wasn't even considered from these people as they weren't the ones living in the state we had to.<br>We had flooding and was left all weekend as their emergency lines do not work, clothes were damaged from this and no response was provided as an apology when made aware.<br>Leaky dishwasher never was fixed, caused huge rotting in the wood to the point it was dangerous for me as I had an injury but they just rescrewed the boards down and left corners lifted up.<br>A flat buzzer that never worked so we missed countless parcels.<br>Countless threats about my pets and they would take the deposit from a but of mess that was an accident in our first few months and due to someone else complaining and making false allegations, should have added a pet clause into the contract asking for a pet deposit instead of just countless threats.<br>They took just under half our deposit for an invoice which is made by their internal company, the invoice had the wrong address, invalid dates and also just repeated itself multiple times.<br><br>They gave me the "complaints procedure" but it now coincidentally sends you to an email that is no longer monitored. The company are awful and I do not recommend them if you are looking to rent!

We had a lovely viewing experience with Raymond. He was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. We didn't feel rushed and view the flat at our pace and without other viewers, which is appreciated. Thank you Raymond for giving us a tour! Our hunt is not over yet, and we will be more than happy to meet you again!

Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff.
Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition.
Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

We experienced ongoing issues with repairs not being addressed (a bathroom light remained broken for several months after a leak). We were also asked to conduct viewings ourselves before moving out, which we did not feel was our responsibility.
On moving in, there were also cleanliness issues, including mould in the washing machine drawer and cupboards left full of cleaning products from previous occupancy. We later found these same items referenced when deductions from our deposit were discussed, which was frustrating.
Overall, prospective tenants may wish to ensure maintenance expectations and check-in inventories are clearly documented before signing.
