Our experience with Leaders (esp Molly) in securing our rental property was positive, professional & personable. Given how exhausting these processes can be (i.e., house search, rental application, documentation, moving, etc); engaging with Molly from Leaders made a world of difference in giving us a humane & excellent experience. Good letting agents still exist & Leaders is one of such.

Agent never turned up for a viewing and gave a terrible excuse over email afterwards. No phone call at the time. No confirmation email for the appointment. Generally a slap-dash service. Won't be dealing with again...
