I have recently sold a property with Martin and Co. I cannot speak more highly of Shehzad. From our very first call to completion, Shehzad has always been most helpful and gone out of his way to accommodate any requests. In particular his prompt replies and speed really helped get this deal to completion. If you are wanting to buy/sell a property. I would definitely recommend Shehzad and his team.

**Gross Negligence and Unprofessional Conduct — Landlords Beware**
I am acting on behalf of a landlord whose property has been shockingly mismanaged by this agency. Despite more than eight months of rent arrears (unpaid since August 2024), the agency has failed to initiate any legal action, despite having clear grounds for eviction under Scottish tenancy law.
Communication has been consistently vague, evasive, and unprofessional. Now, without warning or proper explanation, the agency is attempting to disinstruct itself from managing the property entirely—abandoning its responsibilities at a critical point.
Worse still, during a recent phone call, a baseless and defamatory accusation was made against me, which I have categorically denied and am challenging formally.
I am in the process of submitting a formal complaint and escalating this matter further. The handling of this tenancy has been nothing short of disgraceful. Landlords should exercise extreme caution before placing their trust—or properties—with this agency.

I recently moved to Burgess Hill and I was really impressed with working with Caroline. She was very professional and friendly. As I could only view the property for the first (and only time before putting in an offer) via facetime, I was grateful for her attention to detail whilst we were on the phone. I absolutely love my new place so thank you Caroline for making it happen!

Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. I will not be wasting my time with that company again
