We work closely with Martin & Co's Property Management Team to complete decorating and maintenance works across their managed portfolio. Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.

Moved to Martin & Co Truro when the previous agent selling my flat left much to be desired.
Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Would happily use again!

**Gross Negligence and Unprofessional Conduct — Landlords Beware**
I am acting on behalf of a landlord whose property has been shockingly mismanaged by this agency. Despite more than eight months of rent arrears (unpaid since August 2024), the agency has failed to initiate any legal action, despite having clear grounds for eviction under Scottish tenancy law.
Communication has been consistently vague, evasive, and unprofessional. Now, without warning or proper explanation, the agency is attempting to disinstruct itself from managing the property entirely—abandoning its responsibilities at a critical point.
Worse still, during a recent phone call, a baseless and defamatory accusation was made against me, which I have categorically denied and am challenging formally.
I am in the process of submitting a formal complaint and escalating this matter further. The handling of this tenancy has been nothing short of disgraceful. Landlords should exercise extreme caution before placing their trust—or properties—with this agency.

Rude interaction with a lady on the phone and got the impression they just simply did not care. Don't know how they operate as a business with such an attitude.
