I have recently sold a property with Martin and Co. I cannot speak more highly of Shehzad. From our very first call to completion, Shehzad has always been most helpful and gone out of his way to accommodate any requests. In particular his prompt replies and speed really helped get this deal to completion. If you are wanting to buy/sell a property. I would definitely recommend Shehzad and his team.

Ross helped us with our current house, I must say whilst keeping high level of professionalism he was so personable and empathetic all through out the purchase of our house, despite busy schedule he gave us multiple viewing on the house. Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.
