I have recently sold a property with Martin and Co. I cannot speak more highly of Shehzad. From our very first call to completion, Shehzad has always been most helpful and gone out of his way to accommodate any requests. In particular his prompt replies and speed really helped get this deal to completion. If you are wanting to buy/sell a property. I would definitely recommend Shehzad and his team.

As a father, I am disgusted by the condition of the student accommodation my son is renting through Martin & Co Canterbury.<br><br>I work in construction and have seen plenty of building defects over the years, but what I witnessed at this property is deeply concerning. Extensive cracking, walls separating from ceilings and floors, and doors that no longer close properly — all developing within weeks of the students moving in.<br><br>Despite the students repeatedly reporting issues, the agency's response has been completely inadequate.<br><br>I expect my son to be able to live somewhere safe while attending university, not somewhere that raises serious questions about its structural integrity.<br><br>Extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled.

All staff have been absolutely fantastic for the 16 months that we have rented with them. Always helpful, professional and kind. We have rented for years and really wish that all Estate agents could be like the Milton Keynes team.
