Martin & Co were the agents for my recent move. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to their excellent professional standards. In particular, Kyra Smith was the agent who helped me with the move, and I really appreciated how her responses were always prompt and helpful, on top of being both friendly and professional at all stages of the process. This made things much easier than they otherwise could have been and I really appreciated the effort made to provide a high standard of support.

Kyra was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process of applying and organising the move. Also very accommodating for us needing to pick the keys up a later date, which was lovely!

really poor communication from harry, couldn’t answer basic questions and raised the rent by 100 a month because they changed the carpets and painted the walls lol

Leigh was amazing during the whole process of moving into my property, I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism she showed throughout! Guiding me every step of the way and answered any questions I had or if I had any difficulties she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. I am very grateful for her help and the smoothness of which this happened I am very happy with it all from Martin and co but Leigh ecspecially, thankyou!!!

Sue, Paul and team at Martin & Co have provided a fantastic service from valuation through to completion. Martin & co took over my properly from cooksleys about a year before I moved out. They are a fantastic team and always have the time of day to get back to you if you have any issues at all. Always quick to respond to emails and get problems sorted. Absolutely fantastic team!

We unfortunately never met anyone from the letting agency during our time trying to select this property. This was a for sure reason in this property being second guessed by us prior to choosing. It never seemed to be a priority for them to meet us and make us feel welcome.

Had a great experience recently buying through these guys. I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be.
Overall I would highly recommend.
