We used Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade for our house purchase and the service has been exceptional. From the first viewing of our property Kendell was warm, welcoming and professional. The rest of our sale was managed by Dallas who maintained communication regularly. Dallas was professional, positive and worked tirelessly to exchange. We always felt in good hands, we had a previously disappointing experience where our chain had broken and Dallas was understanding of this offering regular reassurance and updates. There fees are fixed so ive been quoted making them the most expensive out of any estate agent contacted coming in at 5% cannot justify a flat fee of this amount
