We recently sold our property through Savills and can highly recommend them. The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

We have just exchanged on our house in Falmouth through Savills, and I cannot praise Sean Anderson and his colleague Will Eva highly enough.<br><br>Although a few earlier offers on other properties didn't work out—through no fault of Savills—Sean worked closely with us to patiently navigate the market and ultimately find a property that perfectly matched our requirements. I had the pleasure of using Savills’ Clifton office last year and thought it only fair I write a review - better late than never! They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.

Inaccurate valuation, however the market has been difficult and the offer was not significantly under previous predictions from other agents. Good overall experience for a challenging sale.

Very pleased with service provided by Savills, specifically Simon McKie. Simon was very supportive throughout the transaction, liaising effectively with the various solicitors involved and keeping all parties well informed.

Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained.
Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look .
We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings .
Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people .
It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .
