Plenty of effort went into promotion and viewings. Initial valuation exceeded our expectations but was ultimately a disappointment as no offers came close. We had already paid deposit on our next property and eventually time pressure meant that we accepted an offer £55k below asking price. This may well be a realistic valuation but suggests Savills (and others) have misread market in Ealing.

From start to finish Savills Chiswick has handled the sale of our house with effective professionalism. Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up.
