Great service by Taylors, Dunstable. Luke is really knowledgable and professional. Matt provided great advice. Kayleigh and Harry are great, they went above and beyond to secure viewings on our property and kept us informed throughout. Communication from Taylor’s has been brilliant.
The team are friendly, informative, professional, reliable and helpful.
I was dreading the house move process but the staff at Taylor’s have really helped take the hassle away. I would highly recommend Taylor’s.

My door clearly says no junk mail and yes I had a leaflet through today.
If people do not want junk mail they should not receive it, it simply creates waste - bad for the planet and bad for the environment. Do better

Although I had several confirmations for the viewing, Isobel turned up 20 mins late for the viewing despite the offices being 3 mins drive from property and admitted that she was in the middle of having her lunch and also hadn't put the viewing in her diary.
The property was lovely but it was such a rushed viewing that I wasn't even given the chance to see the allocated parking space or the garage. Even so, I was quite interested in the flat and even asked about when they would contact me about putting an offer in, and was informed that it would be straight after the current round of viewings.
I didn't hear back them for a few days and as it was the bank holiday weekend I thought I would give them till the following week. I call on Tuesday and left a message which was ignored. I follow up with a call the following day and spoke to Isobel and was informed that the property is now sold and off the market.
The excuse that was given was that she was on holiday and her colleagues should've contacted me. Very disappointing with the service, to not be given the chance to put an offer for a lovely property and be given excuses from an otherwise highly rated agents.

We bought through Taylor’s for our first venture into the property market and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Macey and the team were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries and made dealing with our solicitors that much easier, chasing updates for us and making sure we were appraised at all times.
We would definitely recommend Taylor’s to anyone in the local area looking to buy a property or to sell their home.
