My partner and I had Scott show us round the flat we ultimately ended up renting. He was very helpful and not pushy at all, allowing us to have the space to make an informed decision. If there were any questions we had that he couldn't answer on the spot he was very responsible, he didn't attempt to make anything up for the sake of convenience, instead he took the time to find out the correct answers for us which made me feel very secure in our decision. Thank you to Scott and Your Move for making the process as stress free and easy as possible.

Robyn has been an absolute god send for us. Not only has her communication been phenomenal, but her interest in helping us find a place shows. Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.

Your Move Wallsend handled the recent sale of my daughter’s flat. The property was advertised and “ Sold” by Your Move literally within days! But that is only half the story. The buyers solicitors were “ Shocking !” , as a result the conveyance process took “ Months and Months”. We had paid up front for the transaction, hence “Your Move” could have sat back and done nothing. However this could not be further from what actually took place. Sarah, the branch manager and all the staff, Harry, Jessica, Chloe and Jess R worked tirelessly with both the future owner and ourselves to push the transaction through. They contacted the buyers solicitors on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and attempting to push the process. This was followed up by regular updates to us and the buyer. Even further to this, one of the company partners “ Darren” was brought into the equation and he proactively engaged with the buyers solicitor on our behalf.<br>I accept this is a very wordy review, but I feel it is a valuable description for prospective users of “ Your Move” to let them know, even paying up front, the service you will get is second to none! Most people do not go through the process of buying and selling houses on a regular basis, so it is important to be very careful who you use in this process!<br>Thank you Sarah and everyone else at “ Your Move” we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Really happy with my experience with the agency! Everyone has been lovely and helpful, but a special thank you to Zoe, who has been absolutely amazing. ?????? Always friendly, patient and happy to answer all my questions, even when I called a thousand times! ?????? Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend! ??????????
