They were not very proactive,, also sent sellers who were not very interested in the property in the first place. Just didn’t think they had my best interest at heart.
Seemed to really sell their ‘selling points’ to me prior to marketing but then not do any more.

Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr.
While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate.
All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B.
When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three.
The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up.
All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence.
I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate.

We had an excellent experience thanks to the teamwork of Tom, Charlie, and Sarah. The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.

Great service from start to finish.
Nicola was very helpful and kept me updated through the whole process.
There were a couple of teething snags however Nicola remained calm and steered my application through and got me into the perfect flat where i can begin my new life with my daughter.

In this ever uncertain market it can be difficult and daunting to sell a property, especially when your circumstances dictate the sale more than your intentions to sell. However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount.
