Nicola Powers has been on top of everything from the start. Great communication and prompt. Hoping the rest of the experience will be as smooth.

David continued with the sales process who was extremely knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Highly recommended, great service!

14th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Rude. Was expecting to hear when I could pick up the keys and they forgot about me. When I messaged I had the following rude response. "You have asked for a date to collect keys, which is my understanding that you have taken a room with us None of our previous conversation states which room you have taken Your contact number does not show on our system as a proposed tenant. Unfortunately we have three agents at Genie homes so you could have taken the room with the other two agents, im just trying to help find out which property so we can arrange your keys". Unfortunately we deal with hundreds of applicants per day, so i apologise that i needed to clarify". The snotty ending was terrible. It's there fault I'm not on the system yet somehow they expect me to provide them with all the information. Out of the 3 people that worked there could have said, oh yes I know him, my bad, I'll sort it. Terrible ans unorganised. Do not use! Used another company that was brilliant.

Claire came out to see me and my wife she was lovely, I can’t believe the house was on the market and within just one week of first contacting Chambers and sold in less than 48hours! Jaime and Nikki have been great on the phone and again they are so nice, caring and so reassuring! I would 110% recommend this company. Thanks all and I will definitely use you guys again ???? Super pleased with the flawless service and hard work from everyone!
18th Mar 2025 (10 days ago)Absolute scumbags. Dealt with Chris Gaskell. I have attached a response he gave after messaging him for 4 months. After a number of emails which he failed to reply I contact the solicitors directly through the contract draft. I had no Information. Waited 5 months and then to be told actually …the business idea we approved before giving you the draft contract is now not acceptable. Please should these like the plague. I started messaging him since November 2024 and only because the solicitor got in touch with him did he reply.

3rd Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
28th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

Indeed, they were the only agent of three who followed up after getting a valuation. They answered our questions and requests fully and quickly, and the photography and listing details were great. Putting our house up for sale with Wilkins was positive experience, and we immediately had viewings. The icing on the cake was having several offers over the asking price - and we agreed a sale within a week of going on the market! Naturally, we'd highly recommend them for their professional, friendly service which gets results.
