20th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord

23rd Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Dealt with James to let out a commercial building recently and customer service from Taylor Weaver was exemplary from the outset. I was kept fully informed throughout, response times were excellent and all calls were returned promptly. I decided to instruct Taylor Weaver, not only because of their professionalism and great customer service but also due to their deep insight and knowledge of the local market, enabling them to provide realistic and meaningful valuations in relation to commercial sales and lettings. Looking forward to working with James and the team at Taylor Weaver again to manage all our commercial property needs. They come highly recommended from me and in my opinion are the best commercial sales and lettings agents in the North West. Zak ZEON GROUP
23rd Feb 2021 (4 years ago)I was drawn to Frost Surveyors after reading an earlier review in which they mentioned the quick turnaround from survey to report (1 to 2 days). This was of the utmost importance to me as I had decided to get a Homebuyer Survey just days before completion. Rob certainly didn't let me down as his thorough and detailed report was in my inbox on the same day of the survey. Rob even had the task of talking around the vendor, who had initially refused him access to the property for an unknown reason! Highly professional and would definitely recommend.

From start to finish they we professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They provided a thorough valuation quickly showing a specific interest in my property rather than a generic one size fits all approach, they explained the reasoning behind the valuation as well as their proposed approach to marketing the property and achieving the best possible value for me. They were not pushy with me to try and persuade me to market my property with them and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Within 2 days of the property going live they had arranged numerous accompanied viewings with the same person who had valued the house and had the best knowledge of its features. Less than a week later the sale was agreed and they had put me in contact with a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing. Throughout the sale process they have kept me in the loop and always been available to answer my questions and offer advice and explanations. Overall I'm very please with the service they've provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family
