28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Freya Rob and Emily have gone above and beyond throughout our house purchase nothing has been to much trouble for any of them they have been so helpful and always on hand to help in any way they can , work so hard and keep you informed of what’s happening and when . Will always get back to you on any questions or queries . 5 stars all the way would always recommend to anyone selling to use them and even when buying there amazing .

I’ve been a tenant of this branch for many years, and they have always been on hand to help me with anything. However, after moving properties as of recent, I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free move in process. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of the process clearly. She answered all of my many questions, and guided me through everything with patience and kindness. Lois’ responsiveness and efficiency has been so appreciated, she has dropped things to help me last minute and has just made what could have been a daunting process a lot easier for me. Both of these girls have made me feel comfortable and so so supported and their combined efforts, professionalism and genuine care has made my move so much more enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend them for their outstanding service. Thank you, Samantha & Lois, for making my experience amazing I’m super happy with my new place! x

4th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

13th Jul 2024 (14 days ago)We bought a house in Darwen through Crown Estate Agents. The house buying process threw up a number of challenges but Lisa went above and beyond in her support throughout. She was always available, always helpful, and when things were difficult gave excellent advice. I was so grateful for her help over the whole time, she really made a positive difference, helped me get over the line in time for my deadline and also waited in the office for me on the final day when I was held up in traffic after driving for hours. I can't recommend them enough, a class A service. Thank you!!

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

She has gone above and beyond to help me and my foster son out. You always hear the negative side of landlords but H2homes have to be up there in the top ten of caring, professional, honest and transparent companies. Fatima you are a rare diamond, thank you from the bottom of my heart ????

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
20th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD, WE RENT A HOUSE IN BURNLEY, THERE HAS BEEN MOLD I AM LITERALLY COUGHING UP BLOOD AND NOTHING GETS DONE, I HAVE REPORTED 6 TIMES, BEEN TOLD THERES A HOLE IN MY ROOF BUT MY LIFE, HEALTH & WELLBEING IS NOT A CAUSE FOR CONCERN FOR THESE PEOPLE
23rd Feb 2024 (22 weeks ago)I had been with another estate agent for three months and had no viewings at all. I brought in C.S & B and within four days things started to happen. The property sold very quickly and I got my asking price. I was kept in the loop from day one. The whole team were efficient and very professional and always friendly. I really can't recommend them enough.
