21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Communication is woeful. As soon as the contract was signed we heard nothing more other than a few viewings. We were expecting some information as the weeks went on like RightMove metrics, enquiry numbers - nothing. We emailed asking - nothing. We emailed and complained (following their out of date complaints procedure) - nothing. We have resorted to contacting the ombudsman now.<br><br>Steer clear.

From the viewing to regular updates to help with questions from solicitors. They really do care and have a way of making you feel that the whole team are there for you! Grace Bleasdale was amazing and no question too silly to ask , and i has lots of those- really helped me through a time which could have been a lot more stressful with the support. 21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We can't thank Ali at Petty Estate Agents enough for all of his hard work throughout our house sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the sale took around 10 months to complete due to circumstances that were completely outside both our control and the estate agent's. Despite this, Ali was outstanding from beginning to end. He kept in constant contact, always providing updates, chasing where needed, and doing everything he could to keep the sale moving and on track.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout, and he remained professional, proactive, and reassuring even when the process became frustrating. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line for us.<br><br>If you're looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond for their clients, I would highly recommend Ali at Petty. Thank you for all of your support and dedication, it was very much appreciated.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I would not recommend Eafield & Maple based on my experience.<br><br>Communication was consistently poor throughout our tenancy. Simple queries often took repeated follow-ups, and responses were frequently delayed. The most frustrating example was the repair to our windows, which took almost two years to be resolved despite us raising the issue on numerous occasions.<br><br>The same pattern continued after we moved out. The handling of our deposit has been unnecessarily slow, with very little communication or transparency regarding the process. Chasing for updates became the norm rather than the exception.<br><br>Overall, the lack of communication, prolonged delays, and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward tenancy far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness in the future, as no tenant should have to spend so much time chasing basic updates.
31st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Don’t ever use dewhurst homes and avoid at all costs A property that we loved recently went up for sale We agreed a visit When we got to the visit the person showing us around had no clue on the property, the onward chain and couldn’t answer basic of questions, not there fault at all. More on the company sending her out when she specialises in rentals, we then put a bid forward and told it was rejected. We then proceeded to put a second offer in, they called us and said our first offer rejected no word on the second offer, we told them the second offer and was told oh this would be rejected and basically laughed down the phone. Third offer sent and same again told it wouldn’t be accepted, we then went above asking price and was told by Dewhurst homes the seller had accepted much higher but not responding so our offer is accepted, we agreed a mortgage and conveyancer and now been told sorry we’ve gone back to original person as been back in touch. Please avoid and take care if having any dealings with these rats

Nicola went above and beyond what other agents would do to solve issues with one of my flats and swiftly found a tenant. Highly recommended.

Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Thank you everyone at Wainwright's ??????

They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. Thanks to Leanne, Harry and the wider team for helping us to secure our dream home!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Moving into a new property can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise, and my new home unfortunately had several hidden defects that weren't visible at first glance.<br>?However, the agency and their wonderful maintenance team handled everything perfectly. They truly went above and beyond to get the house back in order. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mathew for his exceptional support—he managed to organize an urgent repair for a burst pipe in the wall over the weekend. His quick response and professionalism were a lifesaver.<br>?It is rare to find such a dedicated and reliable team. If you are looking for an agency that genuinely cares about their tenants and takes swift action when needed, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your hard work!

They made us feel totally at ease, we genuinely felt cared for and supported throughout the whole journey.<br>One thing that really stood out was that we never felt pressured whatsoever. At every stage, we were given honest advice, plenty of time to make decisions, and always felt that our best interests came first. That made such a difference and gave us complete confidence throughout the whole process.<br>Selling a home can be very emotional and stressful but nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was always professional, reassuring, incredibly kind and friendly, keeping us informed every step of the way.<br>The photographs and brochure were absolutely beautiful and captured our home perfectly.
