Attempted to arrange a viewing, called a few times "no answer". Had to go to the office to arrange viewing. Put offer in requested to be informed if it gets rejected for an opportunity to revise if required, no calls recieved called multiple times for an update to speak to speak to some1 again no answer. Had to go the office again to put forward a revised offer and email in writing to make sure recieved by sellor. Offer accepted, waiting months to get the paperwork sorted. Completion date confirmed, went to the property 1 last time for the vacant property it still had furnature and rubish, asked the manager in person if and when this will be removed response was "seller cant remove it right now she not here is she!", fair enough but didnt have to answer in this manner. Had to wait another week or so as sellors paperwork wasnt in order which was wholey avoidable. As the buyer felt very much dissapointed with the months of delay overall costing me time, effort and money in opportunity loss. Seen other properties come on the market after this one with other estate agents, sold with all paperwork go through before this one finalised. I didnt know who i was being messed about by Managers attidude at the last minute after chasing for months was very much if you dont want it ill put it back on maket, and line up other offers which was dissapointing. On a more possative note the sale did finally go through, and although the telephone communication was hit and miss mainly miss at the start, the email comms from Thayf was better.
