We did not get a lot of viewings but all that viewed were genuinely interested in our house and all were in a position to buy and of course we got a buyer. Considering the market conditions I think it has all gone very well.

Will always get back to you on any questions or queries . 5 stars all the way would always recommend to anyone selling to use them and even when buying there amazing .

The advice provided before and during the sale was "Spot On" - They kept me informed at every stage and they could not have been more helpful or supportive. Just the right balance of friendly yet professional advice - I would recommend them to anyone - A*****

8th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)They overpriced it. We kept dropping the price (3 times in the 6 months we were tied in with them). We dropped the price by £125K in total - still zero interest. We didn't have a single viewing. When we told them the 6 months were up and we were going with someone else, they still had the nerve to ask for 2 weeks notice; and they didn't take the for sale sign down till after the 28 weeks.
