13th Dec 2024 (23 weeks ago)I can not begint to recommend these guys enough. Tom and George and the whole team have worked so hard to sell our house quickly and they have succeeded! They gave us the best advice, have been super approachable, made us laugh when we had a few difficulties and communicated with us very regularly. They even chased up solicitors for us ensuring everything was done quickly and efficiently. If I could stay in yeadon I'd be buying a house through them! As a first time buyer the whole process felt quite daunting however Georgina kept me informed throughout the entire process and did this all the way up until completion. I would definitely recommend Day&Co to any first time buyers looking to purchase their dream home.

19th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Just completed on a property purchase in Ilkley and can’t thank Dale Edison enough for their determination to get the sale over the line. My case was long and complicated mostly due to my own circumstances but Molly was always so patient, considerate and efficient in moving us forward with each step and keeping everyone updated. At some point she was the only person who was responding to my emails and kept me in the loop with what was happening during the long and quite daunting process. Really felt very well cared for through the process and was nice to have a thoughtful and reassuring person on the other side to guide me. Huge thanks Molly and all.

I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
