No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

Nothing was ever too much and the team was always prepared to go that extra mile to ensure world class services. They stand true to their promises and are always looking for the best solutions and do not rest until all is completed at the highest standard. The whole process was as smooth as possible, the team always responded promptly to all the queries, suggested the most efficient solutions and made everything stress free for us. I highly recommend Northwood. Although we decided in the end to sell our house, we met the rentals team as well and couldn't be happier with all the advice and services we received from both sides. My primary contact was Dawn and she was invaluable keeping things moving along right up to the date of completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cardwells.
20th Jun 2025 (21 days ago)After initially marketing a probate property with another agent and being messed around with poor pricing advice and communication, I made the decision to move to Karen Ritchie Estates. What a good move I made. Karen and Michelle’s knowledge of the local area and current market conditions resulted in an offer within 14 days of it going on the market with them. Their communication was excellent. They vetted the buyer and gave me sound advice throughout the process. Really like the fact that when you ring, you can always speak with the same person (usually Chloe) and there are only 2 agents, Karen and Michelle who do the viewings. They know the house so there aren’t agents showing prospective buyers around who haven’t ever been in the property prior to the viewing. Would highly recommend. Thank you all. You were top notch ????????????

He was absolutely fantastic to work with—always professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Harrison went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. His communication was clear and timely, and he always made sure we felt informed and supported.
