They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manage wearing his fab Christmas jumpe ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. Thank you west coast and I hope you enjoyed your team Christmas meal that day. Sorry for the late review but thank you for your help.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Our experience is from the Rental Agency part of this business. From our perspective I really hope they train their staff better. Our experience was not good. Most/all of the problems were avoidable and reflected either a lack for training or a careless approach to the legitimate needs of their tenant. At this time the Landlord, no matter how bad they behave, is king. We won't be coming back as a customer (either in a rental or purchasing form). It would be nice if they would learn from this experience. We did!!!! In our case the training cost us hard cash!!!

She was excellent at keeping me up to date and helping me get through a fairly difficult sale which I really appreciate! She was quick to respond to emails and easy to get in touch with on the phone which made my life much easier. I would definitely recommend.

Daren and Max were very proactive and communicative, providing friendly feedback and reassurance at all times. Daren had strong local knowledge and provided recommendations for solicitors, cleaners, electrician and house clearance which was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience with this small independent company and highly recommended.

When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Started in July and we have just moved this week. The driving force behind the team in our experience is without doubt Jake. He has kept us updated and buoyed up throughout this stressful process, and even when he had his new family addition we felt supported. He is a well balanced and likeable man who with great patience got the job done. A credit to his profession.Of course he is supported by the rest of the staff who all appear to be to be aware of what is going on whenever called upon. Thanks to all.
