15th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve got to say that this was the most stress free estate agent experience I’ve ever had. Ryan Davies and his team were so attentive and professional every step of the way. A huge thank you also to Sam, who found me a buyer and to Hannah who showed my house several times. Ryan came and listed my property with beautiful photography and amazing drone footage, and he had a professional but friendly manner. Ryan also recommended to me the property that I’ve ended up buying, and Sam showed me round (and was very patient throughout my excitement and exuberance). Ryan also put me in touch with a wonderful solicitor, as well as talked me through the legalities involved, which has completely eradicated the stress and sleepless nights from the process. I cannot recommend Saxons highly enough. They are a fantastic company with a highly competent, friendly, brilliant team.

Stevie geniunely understands the importance of estate agents and conveyancers working trogether as one team. She is proactive, approachable and always on hand to help keep matters moving by assisting in resolving any issues and making sure everyone is kept updates. Having that strong working relationship makes such a difference when it comes to getting transactions through to completion as smoothly as possible.
14th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)These were the worst landlords I’ve ever had. They do not care about students at all. We lived in black mould for a year, and were told to just wipe the mouldy paint off the walls which was falling off from damp. My flatmate contracted eczema from the mould, which lead to infection and a cyst which had to be surgically treated (the doctors said it was from mould induced eczema). Emails asking for any repairs were ignored for months. For example broken back door which led to slugs coming into the bedrooms and all over the carpets. They couldn’t even fix a broken fridge handle they just ignored our emails about it the entire year. The following year we moved out and had Bristol student lets which i can’t recommend enough , they were amazing and fixed everything on the same day and actually cared. You’ll notice all the good reviews are from landlords who use robin king, not tenants.

12th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I recently visited Fox & Sons in Taunton to purchase a Victorian terraced house in the town. From start to finish Millie and Peter and his team were very professional and super friendly. The sale went through in only a few months, even though I had to renegotiate a new offer after having a survey done.<br>Peter kept me fully advised at every step of the purchase and I would happily recommend him and his local team to any prospective house buyers.

10th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.

We had a long drawn out buying and selling process for various reasons and we were supported all of the way by Joseph who went above and beyond and of course the rest of the team. Thank you all very much.
26th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional experience.<br><br>I booked a property viewing for 1:00 pm almost four days in advance. Despite this, I had still not received the address details by the morning of the appointment, so I had to call them myself to find out what was happening.<br><br>Olivia answered and was polite, so I was initially reassured when she told me the confirmation details would be sent immediately. However, the message they sent contained the WRONG address. I had to call again to get this corrected.<br><br>I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and called at 1:04 pm to let them know I was there. Olivia answered again and told me that the agent was nearby, just a few metres away from the property, and would be there shortly.<br><br>Nobody showed up.<br><br>I waited until 1:15 pm and then left. The fact that I was told the agent was literally a few metres away makes the situation even more unacceptable. If they were going to be late, the absolute minimum would have been to call or send a message to let me know.<br><br>Even worse, I have received absolutely no follow-up since then — no explanation, no apology and not even a basic acknowledgement of the fact that I had been left waiting outside.<br><br>This is an unacceptable level of organisation and professionalism. People take time out of their day to attend property viewings, and that time should be respected. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I would seriously question how reliable they are when dealing with landlords and their properties.<br><br>I feel particularly sorry for the landlord, who is trusting this company to represent and market their property. Based on my experience, I would not consider this company reliable or professional.
