Selling a house with young children is never easy viewings need to be scheduled in advance and it’s a constant battle clearing the Lego and Barbie’s! Sharon and her team have been superb in prioritising our needs and requests. Communication has been superb with regular updates, advice and feedback and they have all gone above and beyond with any questions/query's we’ve raised. I highly recommend Sharon and her team at Connells and Thanks Again for all your help.

28th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

12th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We happy with the agent who actually dealt with trying to sell our property. However overall it was not a positive experience. Rude female agent on the sales team who was condescending and very insulting when ever we had to deal with her. Eventually pulled property off CJHole when the only Sale we did get fell through day before exchange. Sold with another local estate agent who I would recommend wholeheartedly. Afraid there were staff who consistently let CJHole down.
16th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Having checked several alternative Estate Agents initially, Andrews at Winterbourne were the most professional in their presentation of what service they would provide. Stewart Banwell and his team were helpful throughout the sales journey, communication was always effective and prompt. The whole team instilled me with confidence that they were working with my best interest as a priority. I was selling due to family heath issues so was quite an emotional experience for me which was eased by Stewarts kindness. I would recommend Andrews to any potential sellers without hesitation

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
20th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

Thank you again Ocean Estate agents and Ms. Sadie- 8th May 2021 (2 years ago)Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell! Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed. You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out. Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

To this end I would just like to say that throughout the process Rowena was clear, concise and professional and helped me to successfully and smoothly navigate the usual issues faced during a property purchase.
